Providers may reach out to someone on the core team at any time regarding removal from the site and deletion of their information.

Clients reach out directly to providers using published contact information. No client information is handled by the Spoonfairies team.

For providers: if you are looking for places to store client data, we recommend CryptPad which is a fully encrypted and privacy-conscious alternative to services like Google Drive. It offers 1GB of free storage, or further storage on subscription plans.
